Data is essential to good marketing, so the Shorty Awards created this category to give recognition to brands and agencies that use polls and surveys in creative ways.
Strategy and Engagement
These categories are all about using social media effectively and creatively to connect with people and get them interested.
Best Use of Chatbots
Companies that are using chatbots to enhance their customer service capabilities are recognized in this category.
Best Use of Artificial Intelligence
This category focuses on companies using artificial intelligence tools in creative way — including machine learning and data processing.
Best Real Time Media Buy
For competitors who have impressive, interesting and creative real-time media buying strategies, whether the platform is video, social or mobile, this category is for you.
Best Use of Storytelling
Storytelling is what connects all of us, and creating effective, meaningful stories not only gets your message across, it connects you with your audience. This category honors the best and most creative branded storytelling out there by an agency or organization.
